- team lift / recovery and treatment 
- as staff: work behind the scenes on our opponent and potential future opponents
- an additional underlying aspect is the portal is open and ongoing

The transfer portal being open right now (free agency) while teams are still playing, would be akin to the NBA opening up free agency during round 1 of the playoffs. Absolutely insane and mind boggling.
