- Acknowledging some mistakes made and how they could learn from it
- Fell into slow trap of building web2 company, not web3. Became unrecognizable to what they were trying to do and build. Full reset to take a step back, learn, grow, and evaluate.

- Tight to the vest with specifics and how rumors start, how $SEA will be distributed, etc. But confirmed it will be launched in 2025 (with a head nod, not a verbal).
