MetaMask & Wallets

I'm encountering an issue with Metamask I've ran into before and seems to only be solved by waiting: it refuses to ever enable the "Submit" button, so I'm dead-ended on being able to transact with my hardware wallet.

Anyone run into this and have a solution that doesn't involve waiting for whatever broken Metamask state is preventing this to clear out?
