new on hypersub.xyz: subscription start and end dates scope a subscription or tier to a fixed window of time great for events, short-term projects, or to trial hypersub. duration is onchain and updatable so you can add or remove time as much as you want✨

this is awesome! so is it like on the contract itself and users can only subscribe through the preset end date? or it's like a max time setting for each subscription?

yes: - its on the contract itself - users can only subscribe through the preset end date - its a max time setting for each subscription/tier here's a real-world example https://hypersub.withfabric.xyz/s/hypersummer-19fpayzyas5c0

very cool! final q, so is it... 1. i set a subscription deadline of july 31 and a user who goes to the @hypersub page on july 24 will be capped at 1 week max subscription, or ... 2. i set a max subsciption duration of 4 weeks that can be booked any time for a max subscription of 4 weeks or both?

for 1, you would use 'subscription duration' for 2, you would use 'max mintable time' these can be combined, like we did with hypersummer, wherein the project only lasts for 1 month but you can mint 1 week at a time the end date is a hard cap: no time can be minted beyond it
