Since today's meta is sharing Farcaster invite stories, here's some tough love for consumer founders: you're probably not schlepping enough. If you strategy to get more users is to open your code editor, you're avoiding the actual hard thing of talking to users and then having them silently reject you after a few days. The first version of our Farcaster app didn't work on mobile and didn't have follows, at replies, native image uploads, etc. Go talk to potential users. A lot. https://paulgraham.com/schlep.html

all due respect to pg, but he (and you) are using the word 'shlep' incorrectly it has a few meanings, but none of them really apply in this context most common is to annoyingly lug something along, whether it's an object or a person or yourself, e.g. "to shlep" or trudge a far distance, e.g. "it was a shlep"
