How did you get invited to or started with FC, as it seems you would’ve been one of the earlier starters.

i got an early invite to lens from a friend who worked at consensys pretty inspired by the open social graph and the ability to build any app on top of it ultimately found the lens network to be a zombie town, most users were just promoting their nft projects, no real convos discovered farcaster from seeing @dwr.eth on a prodcast while researching the above his twitter said message me for an invite, so i did very quickly met a bunch of very cool people, really interesting conversations, mostly eth maxis / futurists but also very practical thinkers w healthy dose of skepticism the rest is on the protocol

Thanks for the details Jacob. Interesting beginnings! Wish I had been on that kind of social spectrum, but I was on the other side of Crypto. Social Networks in some way or another are just big amplified microphones connected to each individual, yelling out in the darkness of a million other people yelling out in to the darkness. What separates us from high volume solitude, is community... like you mention what you like about FC. Community creates cohesiveness and culture. But you already know this. Thanks for the share. I enjoyed the human interaction.
