i do pray, but i don't find it so fulfilling, tbh 

writing, playing music, and singing have been very impactful for me

beyond that, deepening relationships with family and friends, and walking in nature

yeah, i feel the same 

music is a good way for me to fine tune how present i am, because i can tell if my playing is genuine

I love all of those practices! 

Prayer can be unfulfilling for me when I’m not present.  

So I try to practice mindfulness both in prayer and other actions to ground myself.
