One thing about having a strategy is understanding your points of leverage.

Reputation in our space can be a huge source of leverage. When launching the Scout Game, we are able to meet with anyone we want and they know who we are and what we've done, give us the benefit of the doubt and assume our good intentions. The Scout Game story has yet to be written but I appreciate the response to our plans from the ecosystem.
