I love seeing the sketches of your contraptions. Seeing work in progress is always interesting to me. I wonder if you imagine a cupholder inside this vehicle for your morning coffee? Within the car industry, there was a cultural war over whether or not cars should have cup holders. In the beginning, the Americans designed them to hold a cup of coffee. But as super-sized Big Gulps drinks came into fashion along with fast food, the cupholder demand size swelled. Americans lived in their car and they wanted large size cupholders. The Europeans, on the other hand, did not live in their cars and thought it was insane that they should have to accommodate the buying public with larger and larger drink holders in the car consoles they designed and manufactured. They felt you should get out of your car and drink a cup of coffee at a small cafe or bar. Politics has always been with us. What I love most about your car art is it’s complete irreverence and celebration of human ingenuity..

Thanks! One idea is 3 tanks on the headrest, coffee, water and energy drink, and a retractable tube. I also thought of a rectal probe in the seat, for passive hydration of the driver.... 0 distractions at the car. 😅
