ARM DAY, 
I don't know if it only me but, at some point in the gym when training and feeling pain (not bad pain though , gym pain) I just begin to love the pain, cos to me, that when my workout start, by then my gym partners might have given up 🤣🤣.. as for me (beast mode activated) do you also give up??
