how are cannel and user rewards distributed to token holders?

through a process called BUY AND BURN, the rewards aren’t really sent to the users in an equation, the proceeds are used to buy the fantoken (of the channel or user) and then burn it thereby increasing the price of the fantoken.
That is why a fantoken can never go to zero (or one of the reasons why, there’s also something called the reserve value too @mr-silverback knows better about this)

If you hold a channel token you'll get a share of the reward. And if you earn casting to channel a portion will be cut from that. Add moxie action to check how much your moxie is distributing. How much you'll get and how much your fan and channel will get
