I've been enjoying these beans from a local roaster. I went to their first cafe 11 years ago and participated in a crowdfund so they could have an espresso machine for their coffee truck and storefront. Today they have 3 locations, roast at one of them, and are a big part of the specialty coffee scene in Pittsburgh!

I made the last couple of cups from this today and let my 9 year old have some (he always asks). I asked him for his tasting notes and he said it tasted like dark chocolate and blackberry. Better than I did my first time tasting specialty coffee!
