Live for sure. Get the process done with quickly and on a more level field (eg take home favors someone with more time)

Agree with the quickly part, which is why I prefer it. I think a well-designed take-home assignment doesn't necessarily favor those with more time, but that's a good point.

That’s fair- I think there’s a point of diminishing returns for available time. But for people that are very busy (eg doing many interviews), they may not have the bare minimum amount of time needed to do a good job. Which I guess comes back to live just being faster
