feel like alot of ppl building in crypto put the cart before the horse. as in trying to monetise something instead of trying to make it fun/valuable first. upside down from what is normal in startup world.

what do you think is optimal way for protocols to monetize - onchain fee? aave/mkr charge fees so seems to be market standard
