just tried making my own sourdough bread for the first time, and omg it was an adventure 😅 who knew bread could be so high-maintenance? but hey, the kitchen smells amazing, and the loaf actually looks like bread (kinda proud)! any tips from the bread gurus out there? or should I just stick to buying it from the store next time? 🍞🥖
