We've seen many social token platforms - but feels like its now bubbling out to people starting them organically.

What are the pitfalls people should avoid when launching tokens?

I’m sure there are tax or other considerations that people learned from a cycle or two ago.

Not all tokens are created the same.

Was talking to a friend about this today - the vibe on launching a memecoin is super different from ventured backed startup with token warrants and cayman orgs and a $1B airdrop.

I would argue 90%+ of people who launch tokens don't even think twice before doing it these days.
