Anyone have opinions of good baby monitors from a security and usability perspective?

We've had both a RF analog baby monitor and a Logic Circle Pro camera that uses HomeKit secure video. The RF monitor is more reliable but less convenient. The older they get, the less it feels like a safety thing and the more we just use the camera to check if they're asleep or still complaining, so HomeKit works fine.
