- some of the best conversations I had were with founders who are newish to crypto. they’re pragmatic and are finally seeing the huge opportunity in using crypto to disrupt existing markets or create entirely new ones. many crypto OGs seem lost in the sauce in comparison
- Blackbird is emerging as a really useful example for founders
- so many people are building http://pump.fun or polymarket derivatives. I get it, but there’s so much more to do here
- investors want to want to invest in consumer, but most are still lacking any real conviction and aren’t willing to write cheques in the absence of proven traction
- Berachain, Monad, and Megaeth are all cracked teams, but are fighting an uphill battle to attract builders. It’s going to be very interesting to see how liquidity and attention shakes out once they’re all live
