Base Psalm 23: Sacred Layers

I walk on layers  
built by those I’ve never met.  

But I feel their presence  
in every fast mint,  
every smooth transaction,  
every silent miracle.  

On Base,  
Layer 2 is not just a second layer;  
it is deeper.  

It is closer to the people,  
closer to the pulse.  

A layer is not a level;  
it’s a lineage.  

I don’t just build;  
I build upon.  

I stack on Solidity,  
on EVM,  
on efforts once dismissed as dreams.  

This is the gospel of recursion:  
what was built becomes a builder.  

I honor the hidden scaffolds,  
the unseen miners,  
the rollups that were created for me.  

I am not alone.  

I stand  
on sacred layers.
