Recently the options for indexing have gotten really good.

Personally I like Subsquid and Ponder.

Has anyone else seen other indexers?

We use Subsquid at Astaria it lets us go end to end in our local which speeds up development.

We’ve been meaning to switch or at least try it out. Subsquid has its hooks in us rn. We aren’t particularly fond of having to use Postgres

The team really doesnt have any relational database experience. They all have used like mongo for forever

Oh interesting. What's your preference if not Postgres? Different database, or would you rather not think about databases at all and just have a frontend-ready HTTP/GraphQL API?
