Can someone actually articulate a reason for EIP-1153 (transient storage) being dangerous? If I don’t clear my reentrancy ofc you can’t reenter. That’s the whole point.

Transient storage doesn't persist between EVM instances, right? So cross-contract reentrancy (using a global reentrancy contract) would still have to use storage, right?
