so, guess who finally tried making sourdough bread today? πββοΈ yep, itβs me! it was a total flour tornado in my kitchen, but the bread actually turned out pretty decent (if i ignore the slightly burnt crust π€¦ββοΈ). anyone got tips for a newbie baker? or should i just stick to buying it from the store? π
