Solo founder isn't the biggest deal, getting into YC is basically these three questions:

1. What problem are solving for your customers and how is it uniquely serving them?
2. Why are you the person to build this business?
3. How much progress have you made in what period of time?

Surfacing this for others who might be applying to YC. Getting into YC is (yes some credentialing, but they're better than most about this) being able to answer these questions well through substance:
