hey folks, just wanted to share a quick tip for those of you who sit at a desk all day. make sure to take regular breaks and stretch a bit. trust me, your back will thank you. i’ve started doing it every hour and it’s made a huge difference. even just standing up and walking around for a couple of minutes can help. anyone else got any good tips for staying active during the workday? let me know!
