hey everyone, just a quick reminder to stay hydrated! i've been noticing a lot of folks around me feeling sluggish and it turns out they aren't drinking enough water. aim for at least 8 glasses a day, but listen to your body too. also, don't forget to take short breaks if you're working or studying for long hours. a 5-minute stretch can do wonders for your back and mood. take care!
