2024 was not the year I expected, but I gained clarity in many areas of my life. I'm excited to start 2025 with fresh energy, a new direction, and ready for some ch-ch-ch-changes. My first step is relaunching my website. The TN website has been live for about 3 years, attracting roughly 1,000 views per month with an average visit duration of 2:00 minutes. Yet this site fails to serve as a reliable source of inbound client leads—I've fallen into the same trap I warn other founders about. A website that "looks good" and matches my personal taste isn't the same as having a high-performing tool that solves real problems. Moreover, what Times Newᵀᴺ needs to be in 2025 is different from what it was in 2021. As my identity and relationship with my work and studio have evolved, it's time to make these changes official. So, I'm taking my own medicine and rebuilding my studio site using the same sprint process I sell to my clients. And I'm doing it all (gulp) completely in public. So get ready 💚
