The tipping culture in the United States is really outrageous. But whether the service is good or not, they have a clear understanding in their hearts At first, the waiter at our table was quite enthusiastic. Later, Rich, a white man, came to the next table and she also served that table, but she was not valued/treated equally like a cliff.
