If anyone has a couple of accounts with different types of quality content that is allowed, but anyone who is abusing the system with multi-accounting will have their additional accounts excluded from the Phairdrop.

There is if they have different focus and audience, e.g. different language.

It is not about quality content why to allow multiple accounts ..there is no point of using multiple accounts
