This would be a lot more credible if you were actually eligible for the airdrop, instead you have missed the very clear and explicit requirements we had live with a checker all summer (nobody’s eligibility was removed for ”sybil”, just not qualifying in time). So fudding a project for not being eligible is a pretty sad story tbh 🫠

And even though I said I met the conditions on May 9th, they treated me like a fraud, saying there was no way to verify it. Of course, as you said, I could have met the conditions after July 23rd or I could be a fraud. But the important thing is that I feel sorry for the dictatorial behavior despite the fact that no clear facts have been revealed.

We have triplechecked the eligible users and they could also check final snapshot eligibility for 2 months on the phairdrop site before tge, so our mods should not waste their time arguing about that. Active users have raised their concerns long time ago and have been helped accordingly but the team is extremely busy and I know they do not block anyone unless they get seriously out of line and refuse to believe the answers.

I also think that there is a possibility that I made a mistake or misunderstood something and was disqualified. So I asked for verification, but they said they can't help me without a proof screenshot. Of course, the system you triple-checked is unlikely to have an error, but it is problematic to rule out the possibility and treat me like a bad customer without verification, saying that I was wrong. At first, I thought I had done something wrong and was going to let it go, but when I found a post in another community saying that I had met the conditions on May 9th, I realized that my memory was correct.

Snapshot was in July and needed to be Level 2 or above then to qualify. Our support team faces tons of actual cheaters every single day so can not unfortunately use time to investigate in cases where the phairdrop checker shows ineligibility.

If I had received a gentle response like yours, which was honest and apologized for not being able to resolve the issue, I would have understood the situation. But they blocked me and treated me as an intentionally malicious user. I just treated them the same way they treated me.
