ADHD

I am currently building my own ADHD tool suite.

For now I have two tools:

• To-Do Lists (with different tabs, but all in one place)
• Task Focus Manager - basically an alarm clock for tasks that I can set, which then gives me a notification and alarm sound when the timer is at 0.

Which is all inside an electron app that acts as browser that is only able to navigate to those three tabs (3rd tab is a placeholder atm).

Have you built tools to aid your ADHD? If yes, what have you built and did it help?
