When my son was very young I started telling him every night these words: Your heart is filled with love. Share it with the world. Now he is 3 and if you ask him what his heart is filled with he will say, Love. If asked what to do with it he'll tell you, Share it with the world. Who knows how this will manifest as he grows but feels like a win.
