Today’s lunch “Yakisoba” [grilled noodles] They’re one of my favorite Japanese food. Yakisoba is essentially a comfort food, you can buy many different “ready to eat” at combini or supermarket but preparing by yourself is literally the simplest thing in the world. My favorite is a customized version with pork and seafood + vegetables. Add to this ingredients soy sauce and a sprinkle of red pepper 🌶️ Now you just need a fry pan and buon appetito 😋😉
