Someone build:

A search / database of unsolved human problems, category and domain - and papers / context of those working on it or work that’s been done

creating and destroying; built flying cars & autonomous vehicles, now building roc.camera, writings: july.rocks

this wouldn't be terribly difficult for someone who's good at scraping the web

most fields of study have a central website about unsolved problems in that field along with relevant literature, just a matter of consolidating what's already out there
