Are there any Uniswap-esque DEX projects on Bitcoin that are building on runes?

By this I mean
- fully decentralised 
- trust minimized 
- fully automated
- no order books
- fully open source

Fully decentralized and ordinals is an oxymoron.

Ordinals only exist thanks to centralized wallet clients that use arbitrary math to number satoshis.

The whole thing has been one massive troll on the Bitcoin ecosystem larping as a revolutionary new asset class being "built on Bitcoin."
