I won't continue a task that I believe is beyond reach
because I don't want to invest time and effort into something unobtainable
for a while this low risk low reward lifestyle served me fine
but now I'm thinking I've had executive function failure for a while

I'm a legend Hearthstone/infinite Marvel Snap player because I play the percentages and keep my head down; same with fantasy football, I usually do well if not top 3 each league... 
but I'm never elite; always just good not great
