Picture of one of my favorite mushroom, porcini/ penny bun or jere in denmark we call it karl johan.
Fun facts: The mushroom is named after the French general Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte, who served Napoleon, but later in 1818 was crowned as Karl XIV Johan – King of Sweden. He brought his passion for mushrooms with him from France and was particularly excited about Sweden's abundance of edible capsicums. This gave the tasty mushroom its popular Danish name.
