re, the coming channel changes and day one members: >for channels /with moderation enabled/ any user who was liked by a mod or mod-bot will be auto-migrated to the "new" channel. >dan is asking for feedback but this sounds workable to me. what popular channels are /not/ moderated, if any?

I am moderating /nature manually, hoping to retain as many qCasters after the switchover. The proposed changes look solid.

i only wish they had launched permissioned channels originally instead of even /attempting/ to solve the spam problem. we wasted a few months with that.

It's hard transitioning from a very lean start-up when you aren't optimized for growth yet. They're keeping the powder dry until they get that unlock, where they can grow money at growth and it actually moves the needle. They're not there yet.
