Nature’s Mirror – April 2021, Harriman State Park, NY. Some moments in nature feel almost surreal, where the world above and below merge into a seamless reflection. Nature’s Mirror is one of my favorite images because it captures that fleeting perfection: soft, textured clouds stretching across the sky, mirrored flawlessly in still water, creating an almost painterly symmetry. The balance of light, color, and form makes this a quintessential example of what I love to chase—harmony in nature's design. The scene existed only briefly before a breeze disrupted the glass-like surface of the water, breaking the illusion. But that’s what makes photography so powerful—it allows us to hold onto these ephemeral landscapes just a little longer. @rodeodotclub
