All I need: a fresh baked Za’atar Manakeesh from an old auntie who has been making them from a stone oven longer than she can remember and it’s existed through multiple conflicts somewhere in the Bekaa Valley with a storefront that has no door, no menu only vibes

All I need: a fried pizza with pork scratchings, ricotta and pepper, made by Di Matteo at the Tribunali and eaten sitting on the steps of the cloister of Santa Chiara. Add a beer to it.
