How do you deal with stress during market fluctuations?
I don't want to remember the past, although I have gained good experiences. But by observing the loss limit and managing capital, market fluctuations can be controlled to a large extent. However, sometimes you get completely opposite results that ruin your nerves. Then I become so quiet as if I am at war with the world and people. I go to bed quietly and constantly blame myself. Why did you do this? I don't talk to anyone until I make a profit again and receive compensation, otherwise I will be very bad-tempered. I also go to the gym to release my anger and listen to sad music on the way and cry like crazy.

This may be funny but that's what I do, whenever there's red everywhere, I just don't open my wallets until there's is green again... I have been practicing this for a long time and it gives me rest of mind.
