$Degen holders are people who take risks and participate because they believe in your project. please respect them

1. Create Degen's standards to guide tip usage in the direction you want (Don't rely on other algorithms. Not suitable)

2. Establish the standards first and ban them if they are violated
(Show trustworthiness so that new participants can feel secure)

Without community, $Degen has no value. 
Please guide $Degen holders in the right direction rather than continuously kicking them out.

@jacek pls kindly set clear standards for $Degen tip usage to guide the community effectively. Enforce these rules to build trust and attract new participants. A strong community is essential for $Degen’s value—focus on unity, not exclusion.
