Fear can really shape the way we make decisions. When I got out of jail (the last time), the fear of not being able to provide for myself pushed me to take any job I could get. Plumbers apprentice! 

But that first step was all that it took to eventually rebuild my confidence and get my old job back. If I hadn’t let the fear motivate me, I may have ended up right back in the same situation.

Not all the times fear drags us back or influences our decisions negatively. When I resigned from my accounting job and changed location, I started small because of fear of the future or being idle then I took up a laundry service job in a hotel. This eventually reshaped me and let me gain confidence. This confidence energized me that I can do a realtor job when the offer came and this makes me a realtor today. Fear can be a success at times. Just pay good attention and be accountable daily so as to see if there is progress or not in order to determine your next line of decision or action.
