Sense

Depleted, drained, and utterly exhausted – that's me in a nutshell. Every last drop of energy seems to have been siphoned out.
 
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: weekends are woefully inadequate for recuperation!

I'm running on fumes, but I still managed to drag myself to work today (one of those Saturdays). Tomorrow's church service is a must-attend, no matter how energy-deprived I feel.

But, despite my exhaustion, I'm thrilled to welcome a brand new month! 

HAPPY NEW MONTH, everyone! 

May this fresh start bring us renewed vigor, revitalized spirits, and a much-needed energy boost to tackle the days ahead.

Be strong, it’s all part of life’s hustle and bustle.  

When you feel exhausted, make sure your free days are filled with rest. You need time to recharge and refuel so you can keep pushing forward.  

Balance is key, rest when needed, but never lose sight of your goals. Keep going, stay focused, and trust the process.
