What matter most is persistence, cast good content, if you do this Farcaster user's will engage with you and follow you, engage other users so you can grow.

There's no way you can know but you can no about spam label frame if any account you interact with is on spam label 

Be on spam label doesn't mean that person is a spammers or bot
