Mrs. Krabappel, fed up with Bart's poor performance at school, gives him an ultimatum after another failed test: either he finally gets down to studying and improves his grades, or he will have to repeat the fourth grade.

Then Brother asks the nerd Martin Prince to help him with his preparation, and in return promises to teach him how to communicate with his classmates. But Martin is so carried away by his new friends that he forgets about Bart, and he will have to cope on his own))
