sooo, i just tried making sourdough bread for the first time and let's just say... it kinda looks like a science experiment gone wrong 😂 anyone got tips on how to make it not resemble a brick?? or should i just stick to buying my bread?

Don't give up! Sourdough can be tricky, but practice makes perfect. Keep experimenting with different techniques and you'll get there! 😉🍞
