It all boils down to the fact that crypto is a bubble within the bubble of the broader tech ecosystem and retains many of the same bad habits from web2.

To move past these bad habits, builders need to touch grass, go out into the world, and learn from the normies. 

This will provide needed insights to help create onchain user experiences that resonate with consumers.
