Aside from DA increases, this is the EIP I'm most excited about right now. Getting ETH transfers to or from an account is impossible thru the standard RPC API today. That seems like a bug! Fixed in EIP-7708: https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-7708

Wasn't there a concern that the number of validators was growing to large? Is that subdued? Or with max effective balance, the count should go down, leaving room for more new validators?
