not sure, if i'm honest, i don't give it much importance. 

it’s hard for me to climb the leaderboard, so i don’t even cast more than 20 cast in the week.

i see people with much lower engagement than me and in higher positions, so: ‘cast a lot’

-each cast add points to your score. when you reach the limit (idk the number), to keep adding points you need to have a better cast than the previous ones! 
-an interaction from a big account (dwr, linda, ted…) give you more points than 100 from ‘normal’ users.
