itap of our traditional dish that i made tonight, it's called "rosh" it's made in lamb fat with nothing but meat, salt, black pepper, garlic and potatoes (optional) and it's cooked on low heat for 3+ hours. it always comes out so tender and juicy, worth the time and patience. as it was already night time when i made this so no daylight and i tried taking the picture in portrait mode with one hand while holding the plate before serving it to a friend. i think the colors of the juicy meat and potatoes have come out great. @samhorine @kenny @inceptionally
